by JoyBoy Human evidence only

Peptide research, without the vendor BS.

I read the human studies so you don’t have to. No protocols. No animal data dressed up as evidence. Just what the science actually says, and what I think about it.

Hey, I’m JoyBoy. I use some of these. I’m not a doctor. Here’s what I’ve learned reading the actual trials.
No. 01

Human evidence only

Every claim is backed by published human clinical trials. No rat studies presented as proof.

No. 02

No vendors. Ever.

I don’t name sellers. I don’t link to them. I teach you how to evaluate sources yourself.

No. 03

Doctor visit ready

Every monograph ends with specific questions to bring to your clinician. Not a replacement for one.

Library

Peptide Monographs

Compound-by-compound research breakdowns. Human evidence only.

Long reads

Featured Articles

Comparisons, deep dives, and the cultural reads. The pieces I want every reader to find.

Evidence grading

How I grade the research

Every monograph on this site answers one question first: what evidence exists in actual humans, not animals, not petri dishes.

Human RCT

Randomized controlled trials in humans exist. This is the gold standard. Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Tesamorelin, PT-141.

Human observational

Human data exists but from case reports, observational studies, or small uncontrolled trials. Real but limited.

No human trials

Zero published human clinical trials. Everything you’ve heard is based on animal studies or anecdote. Most biohacker peptides live here.

Source safety

The 503A framework: how to evaluate any peptide source

I do not name vendors. I do not link to sellers. What I do is teach you how to evaluate a source yourself so you can have a real conversation with a clinician about a legitimate pathway.
